Additional Information from the host club

Parking

Supporter coaches can park on site in the South Car Park. Coaches are chargeable at £20 per coach and MUST be pre booked. Any coaches that arrive on the day that have not prebooked will not be able to park on site. To book please contact myself.

We have 5 disabled parking spaces available for away supporters which need to be pre booked by 5pm the day before the game, and will be issued on first come first served basis, at a charge of £7.

These can be booked by contacting the Red and White Shop on 01709 827768.

Persistent Standing

Here at RUFC, we take persistent standing very seriously, however we do realise this does happen from time to time. We have allocated Safe Standing seats, which are at the same price as regular seating. These areas and these areas alone is where standing is permitted. Stewards will do their upmost to keep other supporters from persistently standing. Safe Standing tickets are clearly marked on your seating plan and on the ticket itself.

We politely ask that supporters are made aware which areas are Safe Standing and they are not permitted to stand in any other area of the stand. Stewards will act more rigorously in order to ensure that those located in a seated area remain seated.

Accessibility

Supporters who are buying disabled tickets are entitled to a free carer ticket and tickets are to be charged at concession rate for adults or the relevant age band above.

Included in the allocation are 4 pairs of wheelchair and carer tickets. The wheelchair user (higher rate) will be charged the disabled concessionary price, or relevant age band, with the carer free of charge.

If you have any supporters who are visually impaired and require a commentary set, they will need to book one through our Disabled Liaison Officer on 01709 827768 or by email dlo@rotherhamunited.net. There will be a £10 deposit which need to be paid in cash upon collection. This will be returned once the commentary set is retuned at the end of the match.

Should you have any supporters who have problems with walking or standing for long periods of time, we would recommend the front two rows A & B for these supporters to allow easy access to their seats, and hopefully not be too far back to encounter any people who may occasionally refuse to sit.
